Recipe: 4 bags of carrots 3 beets 2 green peppers 5 cucumbers a full clove of fresh garlic (de-skinned) 8 apples 2 bunches celery stalks 2 inches fresh ginger root Juice ingredients in a high powered juicer and pour in to a large container (preferably glass as parabens in plastic can leak in to liquid) Squeeze 1 whole lemon in to the container of juice Enjoy! * The fresher the juice the better for hair ,skin and nails vitamins deteriorate over time.
