The Step  4 Crème Moisture Stimulant penetrates cuticle layer instantly, softens chemically treated and relaxed hair instantly, creates natural sheen and body, eliminates dryness in color treated hair, and moisturizes curly perms and Thio Curls for the dry curl look. This Non-Greasy formula is formulated for Moisture----- STOPPING DRY HAIR even in natural hair styles such as braids, locks or kinky hair styles. 

A fabulous moisture stimulant, It is heat activated. Use with any type of thermal service, such as Blow-Drying, Ionic Dryers and Stylers, Thermal Curling, Krinkle Irons, Flat Irons or during Pressing and Curling. Built-in thermal protectors controls the High Heat needed for many flat-celled hair types. Use product as needed, a little goes a long way. It can be used on tips of each curl during thermal curling for moisture stimulation and protection. Gives body and bounce to thin hair.
